Great and fab position in the domestic area, near restaurants and coffee shops around the area, a fabulous French cafe for good coffee, and the zoo and the aquarium. Good bed, updated room with a decent view of waikiki beach.

I loved it. The hotel was fairly clean and had friendly efficient and very efficient stuff in accommodating request to correct room type. I had the king room which was a nice size and brand-new with great views of diamond head.

Didn't like the area, it was really bad.

Every time we stay in Honolulu, like to stay here. They offer neat and updated rooms. It boasts stunning, fab location near the restaurants, the beach was across the road, and the eateries on kapahulu ave- Leonard's bakery, zippy, rainbow drive through, Popeyes. Yoshitsune Restaurant, where you can eat dinner, is at a medium distance from the hotel.

The hotel's location was fantastic, near to Centre of town shopping district and different restaurants. I loved that the room was good sized and air conditioned with a view of the water which is always a nice experience and a balcony and 2 double beds.

The food was yummy with plenty of choice!

During my business trip to Honolulu, my director chose Twin Fin Hotel for our stay, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel offers a rich assortment of world-class amenities that make the stay truly luxurious. The butler service was impeccable, and the smart home technology added a modern touch to the experience. The rooftop sun deck with an infinity swimming pool and whirlpool provided a perfect spot to unwind, and the gourmet barbecue station allowed us to enjoy a delightful evening under the starry sky.

Poor communication.

I was here for 7 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant with view over beach. The beds where great, view of waikiki beach was scenic.

Clean place & very efficient and really efficient staff in accommodating request to correct room type. Unbeatable location for Honolulu, very close to convenience store and quite far from shopping centre. Also, in the restaurant overlooking the ocean.

The hotel offers incredibly nice meal in the morning with rice, sushi and live music.

I chose The Twin Fin Hotel for its close proximity to Waikiki Beach Walk, and I was pleasantly surprised by the rich assortment of amenities available, including a rooftop sun deck with an infinity swimming pool and gourmet barbecue station. The elevated breakfast options, with healthy oatmeal, Hawaiian Sweet Bread French Toast, and other local favorites, were a delightful way to start each day of exploration.

Room servicing was very poor.

Extremely friendly staff and exceptionally nice breakfast.

Comfortable bed and great location to buses good to take you to other places of interest & shopping malls. Also - just off many other restaurants and shopping and many shops and restaurants and the lagoon to the east of Waikiki beach.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at the Twin Fin. The refreshed rooms exceeded our expectations, and the upgraded amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to provide seamless and excellent service throughout our time at the hotel. The stunning view and perfect location were a highlight of our trip.

The location was unbeatable and stunning, within a close distance from a petting zoo.

The property was stylish with highly courteous and especially helpful staff in accommodating request to correct room type, I loved the stay. Premier queen room with a view at a great location, had essentials required.

Ordered breakfast, it was fairly basic, it should be way much better, really.
